I offer every new client a free 15 minute consultation call to see if we’re a good fit.
Coaching & Counselling
60 minute session: Sliding scale $80-$100
In process of becoming Registered with the Canadian Professional Counselling Association, (RPC)
Rates will go up upon Registration, however there will be the ability to link health insurance to support sessions. -
Conscious, Connected Breathwork
*There are a limited number of sliding scale spots with each of these offerings, so if financial concerns are holding you back— please reach out.
One on One
90 minute session: $100
Group Sessions: $40-80
